Screen Printing

Screen printing is the most popular form of decorating for garment printing.  Screen printing is great for large runs of garments with designs that have a smaller number of colours.  There are many options for finishes with screen printing, including metallic, glitter, glow in the dark and fluro options.  Screen printing is the most economical option for large print orders and has great durability.

Embroidery is a hard wearing option and is also great for both small and large runs of branded merchandise where a more textured finish is required. Embroidery is best for textured fabrics and is widely used for polos, jackets and knitted garments. Embroidery can be completed in many colours and is priced by the number of stitches.  Very small text is best avoided with embroidered items.

Direct to Garment Printing

Direct to garment printing is a digital print directly onto a garment.  It is great for images where there are a large number of colours or intricate designs but only small volumes are required.  It has the benefit of a softer feel than a transfer as the fabric is printed on directly, but will fade over time. Direct to garment printing is best used for designs that require a softer colour reproduction such as retro designs.

Sublimated Printing

Sublimation is fantastic for large colourful designs are required.  Sublimation printing can only be completed on light coloured polyester garments and as the ink is impregnated into the fabric it has great longevity.  Perfect for branded club and team wear where customised colour combinations and vibrant colours are required.
